Moneta Markets akzeptiert strikt keine Zahlungen von Dritten. Alle Gelder, die auf Ihr Handelskonto eingezahlt werden, müssen unter demselben Namen wie Ihr Moneta Markets Handelskonto geführt werden. Zahlungen von Gemeinschaftskonten oder Kreditkarten werden akzeptiert, wenn der Inhaber des Handelskontos einer der Begünstigten ist.

Wir können nur Gebühren übernehmen, die wir sehen. Andere Gebühren, die von Ihrer Bank, der Zwischenbank und/oder unserer Finanzinstitution erhoben werden, bleiben in Ihrer Verantwortung.

Im unvorhergesehenen Fall, dass Gelder nicht sofort gutgeschrieben werden, bleibt es dennoch die Verantwortung des Kunden sicherzustellen, dass er die erforderlichen Gelder auf seinem Konto für den Handel über andere Zahlungsmethoden bereitgestellt hat.

Es gibt eine Beschränkung für die erstmalige Finanzierung eines Kontos per Karte auf 1.000 AUD oder den entsprechenden Betrag. Wenn Ihre erste Einzahlung auf Ihr Konto per Karte mehr als 1.000 AUD oder den entsprechenden Betrag beträgt, wird Ihre erste Einzahlung auf Ihre Kreditkarte zurückerstattet.

Wenn Ihr Konto per Kreditkarte finanziert wurde und innerhalb von 12 Wochen eine Auszahlung beantragt wird, wird diese Auszahlung auf die ursprüngliche Kreditkarte zurückerstattet. Die Methode, mit der wir Kundengelder zurückgeben, liegt im alleinigen Ermessen von Moneta Markets.

Im Falle einer Rückbuchung sind Sie als Kunde dafür verantwortlich, alle rückgängig gemachten Zahlungen und/oder Rückbuchungsgebühren zu übernehmen. Wenn nicht genügend Mittel auf dem Handelskonto vorhanden sind, um dies zu decken, stimmen Sie zu, eine Einzahlung auf Ihr Handelskonto per Banküberweisung vorzunehmen, um dies zu decken.
