Moneta Markets dengan tegas tidak menerima pembayaran pihak ketiga. Semua dana yang didepositkan ke dalam akaun dagangan anda mesti di bawah nama yang sama dengan akaun dagangan Moneta Markets anda. Pembayaran dari akaun bank bersama atau kad kredit diterima jika pemegang akaun dagangan adalah salah satu benefisiari.

Kami hanya boleh menanggung yuran yang kami lihat. Yuran lain yang dikenakan oleh bank anda, bank perantara dan/atau institusi kewangan kami tetap menjadi tanggungjawab anda.

Dalam keadaan yang tidak dijangka di mana dana tidak dikreditkan serta-merta, ia masih menjadi tanggungjawab pelanggan untuk memastikan bahawa mereka telah meletakkan dana yang diperlukan dalam akaun mereka untuk berdagang melalui kaedah pembayaran lain.
