Moneta Markets ไม่รับการฝากเงินจากบุคคลที่สามโดยเด็ดขาด ทุกการฝากเงินเข้าสู่บัญชีเทรดจะต้องใช้ชื่อเดียวกับชื่อบัญชี Moneta Markets เท่านั้น กรณีใช้บัญชีธนาคารหรือบัตรเครดิตร่วมกัน จะสามารถทำรายการได้ หากชื่อของผู้ถือบัญชีเทรดเป็นหนึ่งในเจ้าของบัญชีร่วม

Moneta Markets สามารถชำระคืนเฉพาะค่าธรรมเนียมที่สามารถตรวจสอบได้เท่านั้น ค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมที่เรียกเก็บโดยธนาคารของคุณ ธนาคารตัวกลาง หรือสถาบันการเงินของเรายังคงเป็นความรับผิดชอบของลูกค้า

หากบัญชีของคุณฝากเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต และมีการขอถอนเงินภายใน 12 สัปดาห์ เงินจะถูกโอนกลับไปยังบัตรเครดิตเดิม โดยช่องทางการคืนเงินทั้งหมดขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของ Moneta Markets

ในกรณีที่เกิดการเรียกเก็บเงินคืน (Chargeback) ลูกค้ามีหน้าที่ต้องชำระยอดเงินที่ถูกเรียกคืนและ/หรือค่าธรรมเนียมที่เกี่ยวข้อง หากยอดเงินในบัญชีไม่เพียงพอ คุณตกลงที่จะเติมเงินผ่านการโอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร เพื่อชำระยอดดังกล่าว
